Cheeziest 60s Xmas Music

You love the harpsichord. You love the marimba. You love horns. You love xmas tunes that sound like they were played by the house band at any 60s/70s game show studio.

You know you do. Don’t try to lie.

The Border Brass put out an album (vinyl!) back in the 60s with instrumental christmas funk called Tijuana Christmas. No doubt, the bandwagoneer of the Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass craze. C’mon… there had to be a craze, right?

Anyway, you can download all 10 songs (apparently ripped straight from vinyl) at this site. Of course, I stumbled upon this crazy shit over at boingboing.

It’s just too whacky not to love it. Enjoy!
